Rocking The Grandma Look at 37

Cher from Clueless was totally onto something, trying on her clothes, taking a photo, changing her clothes, another photo... until she was sure she had the right look!

Don't you hate it when you wear something, photograph it, then look back and wonder why someone didn't tell you you looked like a grandma?

I really thought I looked ok in this outfit. I wore the cardigan because I thought I'd be cold!
Looking at these photos I'm just telling you that it looked much better in person!
Something about these proportions just isn't working for me. I look boxy. The waistline of my shirt and cardi should be different from each other.

But I do like this necklace...

And I do like how I did my hair, although it was my first time trying this do. I need a little practice.

I was blog hopping this week and visited Ruby Girl. Wouldn't you know she totally wore this top... and rocked it way harder than I did!
If we were side by side on 'Who Wore it Best' she'd totally win!

Oh well. I'm over it!

Moving on... here are some springy casual looks I've donned lately.

Mint pants baby! I bought these last year and this is the first time I've worn them! I have problems!

I also bought these shoes last year at Target and didn't wear them at all. I am getting plenty of wear out of them this year! I don't know what has changed, but they are my 'go to' right now.
