Tornado Christmas... and some favorites from 2013

Are you enjoying the new year so far?
The kids went back to school for 1 day, then yesterday stayed home... snow day!

It was bitter cold yesterday, that didn't stop Q and PJ from going outside to play in the snow! We bundled them up good and they played for such a long time, and went back out after lunch.

I took the little's to Melissa's and I had her big boys over.

I ended up feeling a little sick yesterday, so in between cleaning up Christmas, emailing and editing, I lay down. I hate when I feel yuck.

Do you have everything cleaned up and put away? That is my goal for today.
This year I'm keeping the snowmen out and the silver trees. I'm going to do a winter mantle in the family room and a new year décor in this front room.

I have big plans for my Christmas tree... I'm recycling this baby... I plan to keep in in my home, in pieces, for a while. More on that later!

We had the C's over for dinner. We played games, laughed, visited and hung out. Love them.
