Thankful for...

- A sweet moment with my neighbor. She is a nurse at Roswell Cancer Institute. She had been working with MEGAN from the time she first got there. She came over to ask if I knew about memorial services. She, and all of the nurses cared for Megan and were touched by her story, and her happy spirit. Helean lost her husband 1.5 years ago. I was standing in the room with her when she got 'the' phone call. I've never seen anyone recieve that news before. It broke my heart. I held her today and we cried together as her feelings took surface again. I'm thankful to have been there for her.

- Spray paint. Really, the stuff rocks! I finally got G's chair done, it is a fabulous blue! Quick and easy w/ the spraypaint.

- Late days. M went in late, and I got to run, outside, by myself. I really have fond feelings for running in colder weather.

- Betsy. She lives down the street. Her daughter is Jolee. Q and J are very good friends and Bets and I are too. I knew from the first meeting that we could be great friends! It is just easy, she is SO great! She came to get J and we sat and visited. The little boys loved all over her and she loved it.

- Dinner together. It feels good to sit (all around the table now, E is done w/ the high chair) and be in one place all at the same time and talk and eat and just be together.
