Wow, what a week

This has been quite the week.
We have made it through, safe and sound.
I have learned a lot this week, about myself, about my beliefs.
I have come to appreciate, at a whole new level, my marriage to my best friend.
I am so grateful for all I have. I truly am blessed.

It has been snowing like crazy today. Church was canceled! It is still going! They expected about 18 inches. It is beautiful... mostly since I don't have to go out in it!

We made our gingerbread house on Thursday. The kids are way into it! We have fun! While the frosting was setting up we watched our first Christmas movie together. We actually watched Joy to the World. It was a good reminder for all of us. It filled our home with such a great feeling.




Saturday I filmed Q's Christmas dance class. I loved it! I was so proud! She did such a great job! When we came home we ended up watching home videos we haven't seen since we recorded them. It was pretty fun. Love my little fam!

Today we watched 'Rudolph', Matt and I did a 3-D puzzle, I finished my Christmas cards, I completed all of my quiet book stuff, I made little gifts for friends. The spirit of Christmas is in our home!!!

Tomorrow Matt takes his Series 7 test! We are hoping he does well. Good luck babe!
