Lesson from a muffin...
I sat down to eat a muffin this morning and the train began with...
Cathy Z and the words 'muffin tops' on her blog...
which led to the make up of the muffin and why the top is the best part...
which took me to a creative place, making a muffin BALL where the whole thing is as great as the top...
How would you bake that?
Then I thought about taking it slow...
and not even the last part, which is usually the best part, but the beginning...
don't go too fast, enjoy and savor...
transfer that into life lessons...
1) That muffin tasted REALLY good today
2) The time to enjoy and savor things is not when they are almost gone, but when they are at their fullest, therefore maximizing the wonderful experience that is possible
3) Go slow, take time, the goal isn't the end result, but what we taste along the way
