JOURNALING: At this point in my life I know holding anything in does me no good. With time and trust, letting go has gotten easier. As I start to fall, loose control, and cant make any sense, I at least have the surety that my landing will be soft as I crash down into you. Your arms constantly remind me I'm never alone in anything I feel. Sharing the burden lightens the load. I trust you and know you're always there. Because of you I can let it go, let them flow, when the world comes falling down. I know I'm safe as I start falling because I crash into you. Thank you Matt. I love you.
