What I'm Wearing ~ Floor Length Skirt and Fun Pants

 

This next Sunday, when I get dressed, I'm going to take pictures of my process.

The day I wore this I tried about 4 different tops!

I started with this one, tucked in and it just wasn't working.

I tried a few others, left clothes everywhere, and came back to this top, to try to make it work.

I like that it is a bit casual and graphic, calming down the 'formal' of this floor length skirt.

It is a loose top though.  To make it work I actually tied a knot in the back with the excess fabric.

It gave me a waistline and I again felt good about this top!

It's not always a quick, put it on and go, for me, mostly on Sunday's.

BUT, I enjoy trying to create something new for myself, it's creative and fun!

The cleanup... not so fun, but what are you gonna do?

Remember this cuff I made?  It's fab! 

I really am enjoying this spring weather!

It is a slow warm up, so I get to wear my spring pants and long sleeves.

I still dig this color combo, the emerald isn't 'in' this year, but I don't really care!

I even got to wear my rain jacket last week.

Yea for spring! 

AND, flats!  I've busted out my collection of flats!  Yea!  I love their ease, can't beat it!

I recently got this hockey shirt, not because I have any love for hockey, but it was $3.
