5 Things Friday ~ Daydreams, Music and Games

Welcome to my newest little segment, which I hope to be consistent with!

A main purpose, for me, having this blog is to record my life and my family's life.

I print this thing out... it is our record!

And so Friday's are dedicated to keeping a record, in the tiniest of snippets if need be.

It seems the big moments hold place quite easily, it's the little everyday things that slip right out of memory, unless they are recorded somehow.

I love to write, to journal.  I always have.  Do you?

Family happenings... 
- I taught Q to shave her legs for the first time... my next door neighbor, Debbie, taught me how when I was young.  I was happy to share this big moment with my girl!  I can't believe how big she is getting.
- Tomorrow we go to the temple together for the first time.  Amazing moments together, can't wait!
- G crossed over into boy scouts last night.  We don't push scouting at all.  He has accomplished this on his own, with the help of the guys at church.  I'm so proud of him.
- My baby turns 6 today.
- My G turns 11 today.
- O lost his second tooth this morning.  Because the two have their birthday together he sometimes feels left out.  Glad he had his own moment today!


5 things I daydream about right now...
- my new house, trying to imagine what it will feel like to be there
- running super fast... even though I am in and out of motivation, stupid snow
- the days my kids were all small... I wish I could live that forever
- being super organized, with pretty matching containers for everything
- warm weather and sunny days

- Minecraft - have to moderate this because it can get OOC

- 'the running game' which they play in the basement... running and hiding I think...
- 'doobe, doobe, dooba' which is their own version of musical chairs mixed with 4 corners
- Perplexus
