Snowed In... Making Necklaces

We are having another snow day here... and I'm feeling a little like this...

gotta love 'The Shining'!

It really wouldn't be bad except we are just coming off of Christmas break!

The kids have already been home for a really long time!

It's like the never-ending Christmas break!

I'm pretty sure I made this exact face last night when the kids complained we were having sloppy joe's for dinner.  

Isn't that the worst part of any long break... ALL of the cooking... which means more dishes, which means my kitchen is NEVER clean, which results in this crazy face!

Yes, it is better for all of us if school resumes tomorrow!

Here are some recent creations.  I've been in a necklace making mood.

I made this for my friend Sue.  She had been given this pendant on a necklace with beads she didn't particularly like.  I reworked it and made this for her.  It did take me forever, to get my jewelry stuff out, but once it was all out I got this baby done in no time!

 
She loved it... that makes me happy!

I've also made these.  I am thinking of re-opening my etsy store, hmmmm, not sure.

In other news I had two photo shoots the week of Christmas.

Normally I don't, for obvious reasons, but in both of these cases this was the only time the whole family would be together so I went ahead and did it.
