Sorry I have been MIA!
Last week I took some time to prepare for my little craft open house. It went well! More on that later!
For now... my lunch obsession right now!
This is super easy and tasty....
Start with a pita of some sort... I use these right now...
Next smother with the hummus flavor of your choice. I love the roasted red pepper flava.
Sprinkle with cheese, put some veggies on there, some chicken if you want.
I put it in the toaster oven for a few minutes and bake it like a pizza.
It is so tasty! And low in calories! Try it!
