Project Showcase!
Amongst all of the other things I've been doing, I've been repainting our front porch!
M started and I finish!
I'm excited for the big reveal... before/after next week. Still need to get my flowers... oh yes, and finish painting... I don't know how it went from his project to my project, but it did! Maybe if I wait long enough he'll finish painting!
Some other projects I want to show today were done a while ago, but they need some love, and a good home if you're looking!
First Year baby scrapbook.
I made my first one of these as a baby shower gift. It was such a hit I made a few more. I have two small ones still on hand! I know you can buy premade stuff, but it just isn't as cute as the 'real' handmade pages!
I have a girl book and a boy book. Both are 8x8 and they each contain space to add one photo or several photos, plus journaling to track baby's first year. With my kids I took the photo each month in the same spot to watch how they grow and change. $20+ $8 shipping...
The other project I had such a great time with were transforming these old windows into message centers! It was a lot of work, washing, sanding, painting, then creating them, but I do love each one.
I have sold several, have two left. But, here are some photos of what I did.
Here is the two panel window, one side with the glass still there. I painted over that side with chalkboard paint, then added a square of plexi glass, covered from behind with cute paper. This is for dry erase.
This one was sold.
My cute friends call me when they see stuff on the side of the road! I have a stash in the basement, waiting for their turn!
It has been great sponsoring this blog hop this month. I have met some great new people! Jump on!

I love this one! I still have this one for sale. The other girl one was owl theme. I wish I'd taken a photo of that!
To fill the empty side I cut board to fit, then covered that with metal and fabric covered cork.
This one was sold.
Still have this one for sale.
Here are two that I did with a 6 pane window. Again, there is metal, cork, chalkboard, a clipboard and dry erase.
