Halloween
I feel that I will always be speaking in past tense!!!
I have a bunch to catch up on!
We had a great Halloween. It was especially fun to pull out the 'pumpkin' costume. Each of my babies have worn it, and as I put it on O I could see each of the others, as a baby. It was a sweet moment. Want to see?

Garrison

I love looking back!
Quinlyn was a witch this year. Initially it was a princess, but once she decided on the witch there was no turning back! She didn't want to be a 'bad' witch, but she didn't want to be a 'pretty' witch. We went with a simple black dress and hat! She is cute! Does this mean I am officially out of the 'princess' phase? We'll see.
Garrison was indecisive this year. We thought he'd just use his Ninja Turtle costume from last year. His preschool did a week on scarecrows and after he made one, he was all about being a scarecrow. Well, where do you find a costume? If it's not at Target, we'll just have to make it! And I did. Our first version he was all excited about, then I kept fiddling and changing, and he lost some steam! He told me he just wanted to be a turtle for the trunk or treat and for 'real' trick or treating he'd be the scarecrow. OK. He chose to wear the scarecrow for school, we went to Badding Brothers (a whole other post). Here is my scarecrow.
He opted to be a turtle for Halloween night too! Oh well! He is a particular little boy and since the costume didn't turn out exactly like the picture he had in his head, he was finished with it!
So, here is my turtle.
And all three of my cute kiddies
We headed to the Chiapelli's for dinner and stayed to trick or treat. The kids had a great time. I was sort of hoping to get back in time to hand out candy. I bought WAY too much! The last couple of people to show up at our house thought I was pretty cool, since I gave them handfuls of goodies!
That is Q hiding in the leaves
Anyway, I hope everyone had a great Halloween!
