Today is a good day...
I have been creating for the past couple of days. Good shtuff! It's been a while since I haven't wanted to leave my desk!
I finished this little book. I love how it turned out. It's a record of my trip to UT. Of course since I put these photos together in Word, the photos aren't as clear, but here is the idea. I even used a whole sheet of BG rubons. I think that is the FIRST whole sheet I've used!
vacation book
I also finished this LO for my guest DT spot at Luv2Scrapbook. I love KI Memories! They are my favorite! They have these crazy small letters that look like glitter and are way to small for me to spell anything with. I used every last one to help create this tree! I covered it with diamond glaze. It looks cool. The first is a scan, to give an idea of the color, the second it so you can see how cute that ribbon is at the top! To read the journaling you'll have to go to my gallery at Luv2 and check it out.
I'm still working on some goodies with this line, so fun!
I started this next LO for the "how much is too much challenge", but exceeded 33 pieces. I went with it anyway! This used to be something Q enjoyed... spinning like a top! She'd lay on her back and Matt would spin her! Crazy, but something I can see me enjoying as well!
Today has been a good day. Relaxing.
This week has been draining. We got G a flushot (codeword SATANserum) last Saturday and although he didn't have the 'flu' he had a temp for almost the whole week. Poor kid. It has finally subsided and now he is just stuffed up. You know when you are sick and you dream/hallucinate like a crazy person? He's been doing that and it's been keeping us up! I can't wait for it to end! I hope the shot pays off. He is 'high risk' although he's never had the flu that bad. I don't know... what do you think about flu shots? I don't know that I'll get him one next year. I never get them, I'm fine. Q didn't get one, she's usually fine. Hmmmm.
So I've been MIA because, well, I was drained! Today has proven to rejuvenate me... can you tell by this turbo post?
