Friday was the party!
I can't believe our little Q is 3!
Friday was exhausting! Man, those parties take a lot of work. So worth it though! Q was on a high all day long!
Here is a photo of me, Thursday night, doing the decor. She had a Little Mermaid party... here is the mermaid!
For all of you that really think I'm an artist... thanks... no I didn't draw this! I did use a projector and trace it though!
Here is what she looked like on the wall. Now she is hanging in Q's room! It's a homemade poster!
We made little pizza's for the party. The kids had a great time!
We played some games while the pizza's cooked. The kids played in the basement. We ate, then...
We had some cake. It was delish! Whip cream frosting is a must with birthday cake!
I got better photos of blowing out the candles Friday night, but the half eaten cake didn't look as good!
Here are most of the kiddies. Little G and our friend Stockton were at the baby table.
Here is Bubb's getting his fair share! He loved this cake!
And then there were the gifts. Q loved this, but I've gotta say, these 10 minutes were the worst! There was mass chaos! Added to that was my screaming G crushed that he couldn't open his sister's first gift... playdough!
I had to bribe my daughter, but she did let me take photos of her for her birthday. I set up a little shoot and we took photos! It still was challenging, like pulling teeth, but I got some good ones! I'll post those later.
When Matt came home we all went to ChuckECheese. The kids loved it and Q was so sad when we had to leave. We came home, did more cake, more gifts and at that point I was READY to hit the hay!
